PUMA Dua Lipa Tickets Official Contest Rules
THIS CONTEST IS ONLY OPEN TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS (EXCLUDING QUEBEC).
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. SEE BELOW FOR FULL CONTEST DETAILS. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF, AND AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY, THESE CONTEST RULES (THE “CONTEST RULES”).
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Contest starts on or around 12:01am (Eastern Time), on May 17, 2022 and ends at 11:59PM (Pacific Time) on July 10, 2022 (hereinafter the “Contest Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
You may enter the Contest in any of the following ways: (i) ONLINE: Beginning 12:01am (Eastern Time), on May 17, 2022 through 11:59PM (Pacific Time) (as determined on Sponsor's clock) on July 10, 2022 through PUMA.com by providing full name and email address. You are responsible for any telephone charges, and normal time rates, if any, charged by your mobile carrier or internet provider; (ii) EMAIL: Beginning 12:01am (Eastern Time), on July 10, 2022, through 11:59PM (Pacific Time) (as determined on Sponsor's clock) on July 10, 2022 enter by emailing your full name and email address to marketingsweeps.PNA@puma.com, please include “PUMA Dua Lipa Canada Tickets Contest” as the subject line of the email; or (iii) MAIL-IN: Enter by mail by hand printing your full name and email address on a 3 x 5-in. piece of paper and mail it, in an envelope with sufficient postage to: PUMA Dua Lipa Tickets Contest, PUMA North America, Inc., 455 Grand Union Blvd., Somerville, MA 02145. Mail-in entries must be postmarked July 7, 2022 and received by July 10, 2022. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries which contain false information, are incomplete, inaccurate or are otherwise forged, defective, or made outside authorized channels, including those which have failed due to malfunction or failure of phones, phone lines, telephone systems or networks, server, providers, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof of any kind, any human error or otherwise, will not be eligible. Only one entry is allowed per person.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Two (2) Grand Prizes (each, a “Prize”) from all eligible entries received. One Grand Prize winner will receive: two (2) tickets to Dua Lipa at Bell Centre in Montreal, QC on July 25th, 2022. The other Grand Prize winner will receive: two (2) tickets to Dua Lipa at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, ON on July 27th, 2022. TOTAL GRAND PRIZE ARV of two (2) Dua Lipa Bell Centre concert tickets: $378.68 CAD. TOTAL GRAND PRIZE ARV of two (2) Dua Lipa Scotiabank Arena concert tickets: $378.68 CAD. TOTAL ARV FOR ALL PRIZES: $757.36 CAD.
Prize(s) may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Odds of winning a Contest Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
WINNER SELECTION: On or about July 13, 2022, (2) potential Grand Prize Winners will be selected (each, a “Selected Entrant”) at the Sponsor’s offices in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Each Selected Entrant will be contacted by email within approximately one (1) day after the drawing date. Prize notifications or Prizes returned as undeliverable, or failure to respond to Sponsor’s and/or fulfillment agency’s attempts to contact the Selected Entrant within twenty-four (24) hours will result in forfeiture of the Prize and an alternate Selected Entrant being selected randomly from all remaining eligible entries, following the same selection and notification process.
BEFORE BEING DECLARED A WINNER, the Selected Entrant will be required to: (a) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid; and (b) sign and return within two (2) business days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize as awarded; (iii) releases the Sponsor and its officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assignsfrom any and all liability in connection with this Contest, the Selected Entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of the Selected Entrant’s first name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. If a Selected Entrant: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; and/or (b) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time, then he/she will forfeit the Prize and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to time constraints, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible entries.
If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the Prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If these Official Contest Rules differ from any promotional or other materials published in connection with the Contest, these Official Contest Rules shall control.
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies and all other companies or entities associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules which shall be final in all respects.
CONDITIONS: If the Prizes are unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No cash equivalent and the Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All costs or arrangements associated with the use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.LIABILITY: By participating in this Contest, you (and if you are a minor, your parents or legal guardians) accept all risk and consequences of entry and participation in this Contest, and agree to release and hold the Sponsor, its officers, directors, affiliates, employees, contractors, subsidiaries, agents and partners harmless from any and all consequences, liability, losses, damages (including without limitation, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or increased damages and those related to personal injury, death or damage to property) and costs and expenses, of any kind, under any legal theory, arising from or related to this Contest, including but limited to your entry and participation in this Contest, the acceptance and/or use (or misuse) of any Prize, printing errors, any claims based upon rights of publicity and invasion of privacy. Entrant shall indemnify Sponsor, its officers, directors, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, agents, employees and partners from and against all claims or suits and any damages or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to entrant’s violation or inaccuracy of any warrantees or representations made relating to this Contest.
GENERAL: Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or omitted entry information, or any combination thereof, printing errors, or late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mechanically reproduced, illegible or postage-due entries or mail, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct, technical failures, or any error destroys the, integrity of the Contest as determined solely by Sponsor. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law. In the event a Winner entered via email and a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive the Prize, such entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address making the submission. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or from accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Contest. Proof of entry is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST. Entrant’s sole damages shall be limited to entrant’s actual out of pocket expenses, excluding attorneys’ fees. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND CONTEST ENTITIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSES AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
CLAIMS: This Contest shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America, without regard to any choice of law principles. Entrant hereby agrees and irrevocably consents to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and of the United States of America located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, for any and all claims arising from or related to these Official Contest Rules or the conduct of the Contest. Entrant agrees that all claims relating to this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. These Official Contest Rules set forth the entire agreement between the entrant and the Sponsor relating to this Contest and the matters set out under these Rules. Void where prohibited by law. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
