    How can I make sure my order arrives in time for Christmas?

    PUMA is committed to making sure your holiday gift arrives on time. Therefore, to ensure delivery on or before December 24th, please place all orders by December 10th

    What if I need to return an item?

    With the holiday spirit in mind, we've decided to extend our 45 day return policy. For any order placed between October 15, 2018 and December 25,2018, we will gladly accept your return in its original, unused condition as late as January 31, 2019.

    Return Exceptions: Return Exceptions: PUMA does not accept returns on gift cards, customized and personalized products. Custom product orders are nonrefundable, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects, in which case you may contact customer service via phone or email for assistance.

    What if I need to exchange an item?

    We do not perform exchanges at this time – but we've got you covered. For assistance in placing a new order for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-565-PUMA (-7862); we will credit the shipping fee for the new order - if applicable.
