Terrible quality/terrible customer service

Not sure what is worse, this product or Puma’s customer service. Purchased this item in XL. Washed it for the first time and a tear developed on the fabric by the zipper. Puma refused to assist in anyway. Find another athletic brand that actually stands by their product.
