What if I need to return an item?
We've extended our 45 day return window for the holidays. Orders placed on puma.com between November 1st, 2022 and December 25th, 2022 may be returned in their original, unused condition as late as February 8th, 2023. Orders placed after December 25th, 2022 will follow our normal return timeframe of 45 days after purchase. To initiate your FREE return, click HERE.
Return Exceptions: PUMA does not accept returns on gift cards, customized products and bodywear including face masks. Custom products are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturing or material defects in which case you may contact Customer Service via phone or email for assistance.
How can I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You can, however, initiate a return and place a new order for the correct size or color. For assistance in placing a new order, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-888-565-PUMA (7862). We are happy to offer free returns and free standard shipping on your replacement order for all orders placed on ca.puma.com
Can I purchase a gift card online?
Give the best gift of all- free PUMA shopping money! You can purchase an E-Gift Card (find it HERE) that can be redeemed online or at any participating PUMA Store. The gift I bought yesterday is now on sale. Can I return it and get it for the lower price?
No need to return. If a price is lowered within 7 days of your purchase on puma.com, we will honor the new price and credit your account the difference. To get your credit contact us with your name, address, item number, and order number. Happy holidays!
