Returned item and short shipment

The pants arrived about a month ago. The material is very thick and the length goes above my ankles. I returned the item and I still have not received a credit. Customer service is horrible. I will never order again. They also short shipped me the duffle bag and I have not received a credit adjustment. Horrible experience with customer service it’s been a month. They don’t send you email notifications on the status of your credit. Be aware if you’re returning merchandise, you might not even get your credit. Disgusted beyond words.
