I purchased items for my niece and she loved them.
I placed an order for these after being unable to find them anywhere else. Unfortunately, Puma never sent the sneakers to the shipper (FedEx) and I never received them. I was instructed by Puma to file a claim for reimbursement as they lost the item!! Would give 0 stars if I could!
This is terrible I paid and never received. I have left 4 emails and still no shoes nor a refund. Beware fraud
