The shoes were nice and easy to get on. HOWEVER a glitch in their computer system processed my order twice, and the customer service was possibly the worst I've ever received online shopping. When I received two confirmations, I immediately emailed and asked that they cancel one of the orders (since the glitch was not my fault). Nope. I asked for a refund. Nope. I had to pay for shipping on two orders, and they wanted me to pay to ship it back to them in order to get a refund for the second pair that was sent in error. The cost to ship it back was the same as the cost of the shoes so now I have two identical pairs of shoes, paid two shipping costs (would have been free if the orders were processed together), and no hope of ever resolving the issue due to the absolute lack of customer service. Would never order from this website again.
