Great shoes!
Very light, responsive, and bouncy. The plate is a bit rigid, but I prefer stiffer shoes. I've run roughly 10 miles in these at various paces, and they definitely propel you forward and help you go fast.Great shoes: very light, responsive, and bouncy.
