Disappointing Experience for APO Military Customers
I genuinely don’t want to give this a one-star review.

I’m active duty military and ordered these shoes to be shipped to my APO address — something many companies successfully support every day. I was really excited about these shoes and had been looking forward to receiving them.

Instead, the shipment was returned because the carrier (FedEx) would not deliver to the APO address. Customer service refunded the order and offered a discount code to reorder, but the website does not allow overseas military address formats outside of APO/FPO options, which made reordering impossible.

This creates a frustrating loop for military customers: APO addresses are accepted at checkout, but fulfillment through FedEx doesn’t support them, and there’s no effective workaround once the problem happens.

This review isn’t about the shoes themselves — I never got the chance to try them — it’s about the experience. If PUMA is going to offer APO shipping, there needs to be a reliable process behind it. I didn’t want my money back. I wanted the shoes.
