Mostro is the fusion of sport and lifestyle. It first released in 1999 and has since become one of PUMA's best-selling shoes ever. Affectionately named after the Italian word for "monster", and originally inspired by two sports shoes – a sprinting spike from 1968 and a surfing shoe from the 80's – the Mostro is well-known for its signature closure system and low-profile spiked sole. The renowned Mostro knee-high boot retains classic elements from the original shoe, like its chunky silhouette, signature spiky sole and straps, paired with a perforated leather upper.
