Got it for a friend for Christmas and she loved it
Puma messed up my order by sending a wrong item and asked the customer to return before the process the refund (can't even offer to arrange a pick-up). Never received a confirmation about the receipt of the return. Refund timeframe is super slow. Haven't received my refund by now. This is the worst logistics and customer service I have ever had. I will never buy from PUMA again! I would give minus if there was such a choice!
It’s very pretty and goes well with every style but..<br />Hurts so much.. wish I could return it
