Excellent, comfortable, lightweight shorts with practical zippered pocket in the back. I put my phone in the pocket to measure my steps and run times and it doesn’t move or bounce around in the least. I haven’t used the inner pocket. I started my run journey overweight for my height. The inner tie/tightening feature will make these shorts wearable even as I continue to shed pounds. I’m 5’2” and 145 lbs now and they’re at the loosest setting. I went with size M. You may need anti-chafe stick for hot days, as these are short, but you definitely won’t overheat in them! I’ve even jumped into a lake following a run and my phone was somehow totally protected in the pocket for the three minutes I forgot to remove it! I definitely don’t recommend this move, ha, but this is to say these are some powerful shorts!
